Fuel data on the service unit page
The service unit page has some new options. Now users have access to summary information on fuel consumption. The total cost of fuel is displayed when you click a unit’s info tab. With this new option, the user now has fuel costs for each unit.
Chose the total cost of fuel value and see the cost per 1 liter value.
Reports by fuel fillings
We added new options “By fleet refueling” and “By refueling facility” on the Reports tab in the Report type field.
The new added options now allow users to get the summary information on fuel fillings so that users can sum up the results for a certain day and time range, with planning of fuel costs.
The reports of fuel fillings can be exported from the reports’ page and sent to the users’ email registered on the administration panel’s settings. These options will allow users who are outside of the organization to access reports.

Reports improvements
We have modified the reports. The followings are detailed information.
- Deletion of Fulfillment Time Column
This column has been deleted as we’ve now separated Fulfillment time into multiple different status’ like visit time, confirmation/rejection time, or exit time.
- Unloading time has been renamed into Service time
We’ve changed unloading to service time as it’s a more generic term which is applicable in multiple industries.
- New columns
Delivery interval from & to; The beginning and end of the interval when the driver should fulfil the delivery or task;
Actual arrival time. The time of arrival at the delivery point;
Estimated arrival time. The estimated time of arrival at the delivery point (system calculation);
Please note that the new columns are also available in detailed reports. The new columns can be exported in both XLSX and PDF formats and are available for printing.
- Improved filtering in reports
The following options are now available under settings in the report navigation panel:
- visited;
- not visited;
- visited on time;
- visited late.
- New algorithm for visit time determination
If the driver has not visited the customer then the data in specific columns (“Deviation”, “Actual mileage”, “Actual time to point”, “Fuel consumed”, columns with temperature) will not be displayed.
- The same set of columns for both detailed and basic reports
A detailed report consists of 32 columns. The basic report has 24 columns. “By driver” is the only one report type without the Driver column.
- Modified statistics logic
We’ve modified the logic applied to this tab to make it much more user friendly and to provide key data in a simplified fashion.

New layout of the potential cultivation registration page
The layout of the potential cultivation registration page has been renewed to be more user-friendly. With this renewed layout, you can take a glance at any necessary information within one screen without scrolling;
- the field name is now in the page header;
- the field area is indicated in brackets next to the field name;
- the fuel rate is now in the Consumables block;
- the option to select several drivers per cultivation. In this case, if one driver is selected, then his name is shown in the field. If several drivers are selected, the user sees the number of drivers displayed as, e.g. “Drivers: 2”. Find their names in the block tooltip.
Please note that the Consumables block will not be displayed in the registered processing if the fuel rate is not specified during registration.
New time option in the Working day starts at section
As per our users’ requests, we added a new time slot – 6:30 in the Working day starts at section.
New confirmation message of deletion for crops and operations
We implemented a confirmation message of deletion to check whether the crop/operation is involved in cultivation before you completely delete the crop/operation. This warning message can prevent users from removing the crop/operation which is involved in at least one cultivation accidentally.
If the crop/operation is involved in at least one cultivation, the warning message pops up to ask users a confirmation.
